The Clinical Ophthalmology exam in March represented an effective test of the knowledge required for an ophthalmologist with a global perspective. The examination embraced all areas of ophthalmology with significant depth, while also covering essential topics regarding public health policies and the metrics used to measure their effectiveness. I am very grateful for this exam, which alongside the Visual Sciences and the Optics, Refraction, and Instruments examinations, enabled me to become the first Brazilian to achieve the status of Fellow of the International Ophthalmology Foundation.
