I’m truly grateful that I sought out mentorship in ophthalmology and found a mentor through The OF. My conversations with my mentor have supported both my personal and professional growth. Our calls have been an invaluable sounding board, offering guidance through a variety of work and life situations. The mentorship that I have received has been highly beneficial and motivational. Having a safe space to connect with someone experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding has expanded my perspective in such a positive way.
